Meet Your Instructor, Attila Varga

I’m Attila Varga, and I have a deep passion for Martial Arts and Strength Conditioning, both in learning and teaching. Since 1985, I’ve immersed myself in Martial Arts, opening my first classes in Hungary in 1994.

After moving to the UK in 2004, I’ve been dedicated to sharing my expertise, representing Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Slough as a black belt, serving as a Muay Thai Boxing instructor, and being one of the first StrongFirst Kettlebell instructors in the UK under Pavel Tsatsuline.

I’ve helped countless individuals, both in-person and online, optimize their energy levels, achieve weight loss, learn self-defense, and create a strong, healthy lifestyle.

My approach emphasizes becoming a strong human being first, before specializing in any specific discipline. Join me on this journey to unlock your potential and build a resilient foundation for all aspects of life!
