My journey in strength began long before the industry trends of today, and I carry the hard-won experience of an original 2009 RKC instructor under Pavel Tsatsuline—a foundation that remained rock-solid even as that lineage evolved into StrongFirst.
Beyond the weight room, I hold a Black Belt in Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This fusion of high-level martial arts and elite strength training defines my approach; I don’t just train bodies, I cultivate mastery.
