I’m Attila Varga, and I have dedicated myself to martial arts since 1986. With over 30 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about making a positive impact in people’s lives. As a black belt in Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I proudly represent our club in Slough while also instructing Muay Thai Boxing and Kettlebell training as a StrongFirst instructor.

I offer a range of online workshops and courses designed to cater to various aspects of combat training, strength conditioning, and rehabilitation for athletes. My programs are structured to provide participants with practical knowledge and skills they can apply immediately to enhance their performance.

Combat Training: These workshops focus on key techniques in martial arts, including striking, grappling, and self-defense strategies. Participants will learn effective methods to improve their skills, build confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of combat principles.

Strength Conditioning: My strength conditioning courses are tailored to help individuals build functional strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall athletic performance. We utilize a variety of training modalities, including kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and resistance training, to ensure a well-rounded approach.

Rehabilitation Programs: I also specialize in athlete rehabilitation, offering my proven BulletProof Shoulder and Knee systems. These programs are designed to help individuals recover from injuries, prevent future issues, and improve mobility and stability.
