After over 40 years in combat sports and teaching many of students around the world, I’ve learned one thing with absolute certainty: injuries are tough, frustrating, and can deeply affect your passion and everyday life. I’ve been there myself—injured more times than I can count. As I’ve gotten older, now over 50, I’ve come to realize how crucial it is to prioritize strength and conditioning—not just for peak performance, but for injury prevention and long-term health.
That’s why I created the BulletProof Shoulders & Knees Programs. They are born from my own experiences, my setbacks, and my relentless desire to stay strong and active. I’m Attila Varga, and I have a deep passion for Martial Arts and Strength Conditioning, both in learning and teaching. Since 1985, I’ve immersed myself in Martial Arts, opening my first classes in Hungary in 1994. After moving to the UK in 2004, I’ve been dedicated to sharing my expertise, representing Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Slough as a black belt, serving as a Muay Thai Boxing instructor, and being one of the first StrongFirst Kettlebell instructors in the UK under Pavel Tsatsuline.
I’ve helped countless individuals, both in-person and online, optimize their energy levels, achieve weight loss, learn self-defense, and create a strong, healthy lifestyle.
My approach emphasizes becoming a strong human being first, before specializing in any specific discipline.
