About Us: Built by Experience, Driven by Passion

I am Attila Varga, with over 40 years of experience in combat sports—including BJJ and Muay Thai Boxing—and a lifelong dedication to strength training. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that true resilience and performance stem from a solid foundation of strength. Whether in the ring or in daily life, strength is the key to moving confidently, preventing injuries, and living actively at any age.

My real passion lies in helping others unlock their full potential through effective strength conditioning.

I believe that being strong isn’t just for athletes—it's a vital part of a healthy, active, and fulfilling life for everyone. That’s why I’ve developed specialized programs using kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, free weights, and macebells—powerful tools that promote functional strength, mobility, and durability.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how building strength transforms lives—boosting confidence, improving mobility, and preventing injuries. I’ve also experienced my own setbacks and injuries, which gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of proper training and resilience, especially as we age. Now, at over 50, I focus even more on the importance of maintaining strength for long-term health and vitality.

Meet your instructor

I’m Attila Varga, and I have a deep passion for Martial Arts and Strength Conditioning, both in learning and teaching. Since 1985, I’ve immersed myself in Martial Arts, opening my first classes in Hungary in 1994. After moving to the UK in 2004, I’ve been dedicated to sharing my expertise, representing Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in Slough as a black belt, serving as a Muay Thai Boxing instructor, and being one of the first StrongFirst Kettlebell instructors in the UK under Pavel Tsatsuline.

I’ve helped countless individuals, both in-person and online, optimize their energy levels, achieve weight loss, learn self-defense, and create a strong, healthy lifestyle.

My approach emphasizes becoming a strong human being first, before specializing in any specific discipline.
